Rain storms were forecast for the entire day and while it was only sprinkling when we set up, it picked up in intensity and rained the entire set. The mics were under an umbrella and stayed dry.
Sometime during "C. Brown," I noticed the battery in the Fostex had expired. I'd been having trouble with these batts but this one was showing full at the beginning of the set and they normally will last through an entire Panic show. Needless to say, I lost about a minute, maybe more, swapping batteries. There are also a couple of short gaps during "Disco."
The Lost Pizza Co. provided a great pre-show meal and we picked up a couple of free beers from a fellow fan. Thanks to Drew Griffin for the Newcastle during the second set.
Despite the rain, we had a good time. I stayed relatively dry under the poncho and the gear survived. I'm disappointed about the glitches in the second set. I blame the rain.

enjoy!
