This set features Wilco's appearance at the West Coast "Fleadh Festival" show (a summer festival sponsored by Guinness, which ran on consecutive weekends in San Jose, Chicago, and New York in summer 1998); it's a festival set (and not a headliner, which explains the length) that relies heavily on material from the upcoming "Mermaid Avenue" collaboration with Billy Brag along with a couple of unreleased tracks that later appeared on "Summerteeth" in 1999.
