This is the final set of night 2 of the 4th Annual Willie K BBQ Blues Fest held at a venue that was originally designed by Frank Lloyd Wright for Marilyn Monroe.

The Waikapu Ballroom is at the top of a hill and parking for the show was way at the bottom. We had to take a shuttle bus up to the venue and as a result, we arrived and Taj Mahal had already started playing. Taj left the venue immediately after his set but Roger Glenn stayed and played sax later in the show.

After several opening acts, the late, great Willie K played with his Warehouse Blues Band. Willie brought several of his young proteges onstage at times (check out Annie Hess vocals on Chain Of Fools). He also introduced the crowd to an appearance by Samantha Fish.

But what really got the crowd going was Alice Cooper walking through the audience to climb onstage and an extended performance with Steven Tyler. Willie played guitar in slack key tuning along with Steven Tyler on Tyler's country tune "Love Is Your Name". Another highlight was Steven Tyler playing piano on the Aerosmith tune "Dream On" accompanied only with Willie K on ukulele!
