Notes: Recorded from Orchestra section D row 8. I was about 25 feet straight
back from the stage left stack. Since I was coming from a meeting 4 1/2 hours
away in Nashville I knew I would be cutting it close and thought I might miss part
of Merle's set. Fortunately, it worked out fine, and I got to my seat with ten minutes to
spare. Woohoo! The crowd around me was relatively quiet, so I was quite pleased
with that as well. I love seeing Willie, but I was extra motiviated to catch this show
since I haven't had that many chances to catch Merle, and I had never seen the two
of them onstage together. The band outro jam at the end of the show was longer than
usual since Willie stayed onstage and signed autographs for almost five minutes. Enjoy!
