Line-up ::: Wizz Jones - acoustic guitar, vocals. Dave Palmeter - DJ & interviewer.

Nothing here ever commercially released to my knowledge. If I'm wrong, please advise & I'll take the offending trax offline.

DimeTravel 051 ::: Thanks to Dave P. for running the tape & setting up the session - a real gentleman. ::: Corrections welcome ::: Here's the man, jetlagged, just about 2 hours off the plane, his first trip to the USA after waiting all his life, just after surviving his first Boston traffic jam trying to get the radio station & almost missing the interview, but nevertheless in great form with an old-school folk DJ & fine bloke that actually had some idea who he was talking to, and Wizz finally got to play his first notes in America... This be they! I must say that, having been at many radio sessions, WUMB & Dave Palmater were a class act - very professional, friendly, knowledgable, not stressed-out & most welcoming. Wizz is quite informative, tho' a bit tired which you will hear a couple of times, but his playing is excellent other than lyric flubs In "City..." (Don't let it put you off!). By the way, if you are one of the foks who has taped one or more of the Wizz & John Renbourn shows during their tours the past couple of years (or Wizz anytime in the past!), PLEASE get in touch. Listen, enjoy, show appreciation, share, give, spread peace. Yers truly, Knees
