Notes:
An excellent performance and capture. Well I met my ol' lady in the city after taking the 2 hour drive in @ my favorite sushi place on 53rd street between 3rd avenue and Lexington Ave. and to make a long story short she was cut off from drinking @ B.B. King's after one drink. After "The Good Rats" finished their set I convinced the waitress to serve her again as I explained my ol' lady has been up since 2:30 in the a.m. and that she commutes all the way in from PA and that she got her 2nd wind now. Well low and behold after 3 or 4 more drinks she is incapacitated to the point where i literally carry her out after the show. Good times for sure. The sound quality on this is excellent. Recorded 3 tables from the stage located in front of Chris Dreja stage left. Post processing is as follows: Adobe Audition was used for adding 3 dB gain and than dithering/downsampling using the highest quality pre/post filtering. The PCMM10 settings were as follows. Record level (2.0), Record (manual), low cut filter (off), mic sensitivity (low), REC mode (96kHz/24bit), Memory (Memory Card), Limiter (on), Cross Memory Recording (on), Plug In Power (on), PRE REC (on), Battery Setting (alkaline), Backlight (10 sec.), LED (off).
