I saw Yes two years ago, and although they were good I wasn't blown away. This time I was. The first time I think a lot of the problem was the mix (I couldn't hear the keyboards or Chris' bass pedals), but this time the mix was perfect. Amazing show. The vocal harmonies were tight (sometimes a weak spot) and...well, Steve Howe: We are not worthy. The Cryptkeeper (Come on. You know that's who he looks like) is a pretty awesome guitar player, especially on lap steel. Even songs they've been playing for most of their lives (i.e. Roundabout) had life and energy to them. The only thing that bothered me was the inclusion of Owner of a Lonely Heart in the set. That song wasn't made by this Yes, it was The Other Yes, and shouldn't be played by the Steve Howe version of the band.
Check out how Alan White bungles the end of Heart of the Sunrise. Howe called him on it too.
One small flaw in the recording: Although the levels on the recorder were set to a comfortable level, the volume of Owner of a Lonely Heart gradually increased as the song went on until it was more than double what it was when it started. The consequence of this is a little bit of distortion for the last 1/3 of the song. Not real bad ,tho. Don't worry. It doesn't wreck the show.
