After being refused a soundboard feed, I decided to record with the internal mics on my Marantz Pmd. Ushers were on the lookout, but was able to hold the recorder head level the entire show. The acoustics of the hall were outstanding, and the recording bears witness to this.

Zakir Hussain was a major contributor on Mickey Hart's Planet Drum releases.
