An absolutely perfect night for an outdoor show. In the middle of a month long heatwave this day was low humidity and 74 degrees on a slightly cloudy storybook perfect summer day. I believe this is the same band that toured with the hologram last time, but this show was a lot more show-offy polyrhythmic songs and not anything the casual Zappa fan would recognize. Opening for KC upped their game. I joked partway throught that Make a Jazz Noise Here pretty much described this set.

Recorded 30 ft. in front of the side PA by the jumbotron (mono PA stack).
