THE BEATLES
Atlanta Stadium
Atlanta, GA
August 18, 1965
I am by no means a Beatle afficionado, just a big fan.
I don't know if this is rare or a better sounding recording than any others that may be floating around. It's probably pretty representative of what is was like to be in a stadium witnessing their '65 live show.

On the anniversary of their only concert in Atlanta (not sure which anniversary, maybe the 35th anniversary in 2000) one of the big Atlanta rock radio stations played this. Apparently the original taper lent them his tape for the broadcast. A Pretty nervy thing for a major radio station to do with Colin's son running the FCC.
Also included is a picture of the band in the middle of the field from the stands and a scan of a ticket
