  Domo, domo, domo. Ha ha! "It's all right Ma, it's life and life only". That's what I used to say to my Ma all the time. She'd say "I know it is, Bob". We're gonna sing you an old song. Used to play this on the radio when we were growing up we used to hear songs like this on the radio all the time. You don't hear this kind of stuff too much anymore. It's kind of tragic actually.

  This is a song I wrote a while back about one of America's lost forgotten people. He did a whole lot when he was around and he got actually crucified for it. So he did what he had to do, I guess, and moved on. Since that time a lot of people come around doing the same thing he did, only they're not doing it really quite as well, but they're picking up on him where he'd left off. And they're making a lot more money doing it. They have all the fine things in life, and he didn't get any of that stuff. So I thought that I had to give credit where credit was due. The least I could do was to write about it, so I wrote this song about it.

  Thank you. Here's a song I wrote a while back, seems just like the other day. Anyway, I guess, I wrote this one after doing what they call those press conferences. I did one in London, England one time and I didn't really want to answer any questions, so I didn't. Sometimes you got to do that. Anyway, I wanna sing this song for you now, just like I wrote it then, just like I sing it now. The same thing, yesterday, today and tomorrow.

I'm gonna sing about him right now.

  Thank you. We're gonna try to play this song here. I remember... I think it was back in the fifties, the late fifties, this song was played on the radio a lot. And I know it meant a lot, it meant a lot to us then. Never did understand the words to it, but I think it did become top, top record on the charts. And I used to hear it all the time. Never did forget it. Can't remember any of the words, but we're gonna play the melody anyway.
