1) Even though Cactus did play on Halloween at the Fillmore East, this is probably from the night before;
the Lee Michaels and Juicy Lucy sets for that night also circulate.
2) Song separation between all tracks (some smoothed out from editing).
3) t01 cuts in; there is a cut in t02 at the middle of the bass solo, then the recording picks up with the final coda of the track.
