The tapes came in a trade with DS from Milano and although I've lost my notes and contact with him, I can remember that he claimed the tapes came directly from the taper. To be on the safe side I think the copy I've got from him is a second generation (considering 2 layers of tape noise and the fades)
The sound level varies a bit from place to place, but I think this is a very nice audiance recording.
