Notes/Flaws:
- According to Andy Lemieux, "the old version, which was
often mislabelled MSR>DAT, was actually MSR>Cass. x 3>DAT>CDR.
This new copy is a significant upgrade over that version."

- t11 FOTD unfixable drop @ 1:55, common to this lineage, was
patched over from the old source using Sound Forge Studio 6.0.

If you must transcode to a lossy format, do so directly Flac > Lossy.
