Notes:
I did remaster this before but I started with the file set that was in
circulation at that time. This time I started with the raw wav files,
thanks Chris for sending them to me.
The cuts and wow & flutter are still there but I think that the sound is
now a good improvement over previous versions.

If converted to wav during processing, all tags will be stripped,
however audio data will remain unaffected.
If you must transcode to a lossy format, do so directly Flac > Lossy.
