comments:
The 1st set certainly has several analog generations, possibly
three cassette generations.
The 2nd set has more hiss than most other shows with a similiar
lineage from the era, and shows some tape wear as well.

notes:
first couple notes of BTW clipped
0:10 crackle in BTW
6:40 static in Playin'
0:25 splice in Bobby McGee
20:09 discontinuity in Dark Star from drop in levels
20:16 discontinuity in Dark Star from drop in levels

Sound Forge was used to correct the level drop in Dark Star,
and for normalization and other minor edits.

Flac encoding notes:
All processing with Trader's Little Helper
Shn - st5 generated
Shn > Flac ( level 8 )
Flac - st5 generated and matched to Shn st5

The sector boundary errors fall at the end of discs 1 and 2.
These will cause no problem if burned as suggested and were
therefore not fixed.

Tagging notes:
Show information is embedded within the header
of each flac file. It will display on any player
capable of directly playing flac files.
If converted to wav during processing, all tags
will be stripped, however audio data will remain
unaffected. If you must transcode to a lossy format,
do so directly Flac > Lossy.
Use st5 to validate audio integrity.
Md5 values will change if tagging is altered.
