Comments (from Deadlists with some additional annotations)

General:
- this source is a substantial upgrade in sound quality over the
previously circulating version used here as the patch source. It has
a larger dynamic range and significantly less hiss with different
omissions, enabling a more complete version of the show to be
assembled.

flaws:
- Start of Casey Jones, patch in Morning Dew and all of JBG,
JB and OMSN from previous circulating "prefm" source, which spectral
analysis suggests was derived from multiple sources with perhaps some
signal processing applied.

- some percussion sounding anomalies in left channel in TJed,
referenced in banter after song ends
- Casey Jones patch at start
~ 24 seconds
- Morning Dew cross faded patch ~90 seconds
- d4t04 fades in

to tell you that Pigpen is still out.. He'll probably be back not
too long... Announcer: The Grateful Dead are still having an
equipment problem, we might as well tell you some of things that
have been going on here this evening here. Bill Graham apparently
has contacted somebody that has perfected the um.. motion picture
hologram, you know the holograms that um they are shot with a
laser beam and they exist 3 dimensionally in space, you can walk
around in back of them. Well Bill Graham has recreated some of
the uh heavies of history uh and has them moving in 3 dimensional
images out on the floor. There is King Arthur. King Arthur has
long golden hair and a crown you can recognize him by the sword
uhm King Arthur is wearing a raincoat which he is opening now and
he's uh naked underneath and is exposing himself to the uh stage.
Looks like well we'll tell you some more things.. David Crosby has
been seen back stage and will be playing with the Grateful Dead...
It is rumored that his father Bing is here and he may come out and
and do a father and son duet...back to the Grateful Dead
