Comments:
1/ AUD -- missing on SBD
2/ with a cut at 3:03 for a tape change; this track is missing on the AUD
3/ glitch fixed at 3:30 - 3:42
4/ patched with AUD
5/ Slight pitch warble at beginning of track - left as-is
6/ At 4:45 Wharf Rat cuts to a second SBD source of unknown lineage. At 5:57 it cuts to the AUD source.
7/ There are a couple cuts in the AUD Stella Blue.

Only post-conversion edits were retracking and removal of silence for near-seamless tracking of continuous tracks. Thanks to Mike Dixon for the audio discs. Sound on the SBD is crisp, but somewhat distorted, similar to the sound of a broken drum head; AUD is muddy with limited high end.
THE GLORIOUS RETURN OF INDIANAPOLIS '73
Back in the early '80s, before so many tapes came into circulation, the Playin > Halfstep > Big River > Playin sequence from Indianapolis 10/27/73 was famous among Dead tapers. Since then, many more of the Playin sandwiches from that period have come into circulation and Indianapolis faded into the background.

Thanks to Brian Dyke we have finally located an AUD of this show and used it to patch as much as we can of the SBD -- crucially, the 0:21 missing from the solo in Big River on the SBD -- and assembled a composite. If someone will volunteer to administer I'll seed a vine.
