FOB AUD Source: Unknown equipment > MAC taped by Bill Degen.
This transfer is 1st Gen cassettes, kindly provided by Tim Friend.

Transfer: Maxell UD90's > Nakamichi CR-5A > Edirol FA-66 > Wavelab >
R8Brain > CD-Wave > TLH > FLAC 1644 tagged. Transfer by Andrew F.

Tim's comment: "It's Bill Degen's tape, I sat about four seats from
him. I know we were in front of the board, maybe 12th row or so."
Degen's masters have apparently been lost in a fire, so this might
be the best surviving copy at this time.

The recording does not match either of the Auds currently in the
database (18094 & 98049). It's mono, but due to the good orchestra
location, the sound is clear and without much distortion or crowd
interference. Some tape damage audible in Around & Around. Patches
were inserted from ID-98049 as follows:
- Tennessee Jed 3:34 > 3:42
- Looks Like Rain 0:00 > 0:09
- Let it Grow 4:37 > 4:44
- "human rattlesnake" 0:00 > 0:17
- "this lame trip" 0:00 > 0:06
- Playin' in the Band 12:40 > 12:56
- Row Jimmy (all of it) 0:00 > 10:11
- Not Fade Away 0:00 > 0:05

Suggested CDR burning: D1 s1t01 > s1t12, D2 s1t13 > s2t12, and
D3 s2t13 > s2t17 plus the partial 12-02-1973 s1t01 > s1t07.

THANKS to Bill Degen for taping, and Tim Friend for saving tapes!

Tagging notes:
Show information is embedded within the header of each flac file.
It will display on any player capable of directly playing flac files.
If converted to wav during processing, all tags will be stripped,
however audio data will remain unaffected.
If you must transcode to a lossy format, do so directly Flac > Lossy.
Use ffp to validate audio integrity.
Md5 values will change if tagging is altered.

Tracking notes:
It is possible to burn this onto 3 discs by breaking disc 2 & 3 between Half-Step
and PITB. Not a terribly desirable option.
