Note --
The folks that circulated this show scoured high and low for the
best possible version (incl. ALL of the "usual suspects"), and
the best copy ANYONE had was MR>C2>D, so that's what was used.
I have followed up on this as well, including a comparison of the
alleged
"MR>PCM>DAT>CD" version, and have concluded that this copy is the
best that's "out."
