Notes:
1) The AUD source for Might as Well is poor for about the first two minutes.
2) There were cuts in the SBD during Might as Well, They Love Each Other,
Supplication, Dancin' in the Streets, Let It Grow, Around and Around,
Help on the Way, Slipknot!, Franklin's Tower, and The Wheel.
3) There were some cuts in the AUD.
4) This show is seamless.
