Notes from McCabe:

SBD source used gd1978-01-10.14523

The SBD runs fast. I changed the speed to match more closely to t
he AUD, but both sources had speed changes that varied throughout
the recording. A minor amount of hiss reduction was used on the
SBD tracks for ONLY the crowd sections. The SBD is very hissy due
to improper Dolby A decoding. No hiss or changes to the SBD tracks
during the musical sections.
