Notes:
The first track of the Menke source is complete, but extremely low in volume. Therefore we used the "Tuning" and the first 70 seconds of "Mississippi" from "gd1979-07-01.sonyecm.severson.minches.90696.sbeok.flac16" as a patch. There is a 20 second crossfade from the Severson source to the Menke source in d1t02. The Menke source kicks in at the 1:10" mark in d1t02. There is also a very tiny pause that was removed at the end "Mississippi", no patch was applied.
