Combination notes:
The audience portion of Gardner's release (shid=3828) is marginal at best.
I replaced these tracks (acoustic set & encores) with tracks from the GMB
release. While the GMB recording is not up to par with most of their other
relases from this run, it is a significant upgrade to the unknown audience
previously attached to Gardner's tasty soundboard. Tracks were renumbered
to reflect standard naming conventions for a 4 disc set.

Flac encoding notes:
All processing with Traders Little Helper
Shn - st5 generated
Shn > Flac (level 8)
Flac st5 generated and matched to Shn st5
The audience portion was already encoded as flac files, making re-encoding
unnecessary.

Tagging notes:
Show information is embedded within the header of each flac file.
It will display on any player capable of directly playing flac files.
If converted to wav during processing, all tags will be stripped,
however audio data will remain unaffected.
If you must transcode to a lossy format, do so directly Flac > Lossy.
Use st5 or ffp to validate audio integrity.
Md5 values will change if tagging is altered.
