Patch fix of shnid 3380

I patched in the beginnings of It Must Have Been the Roses, Cold Rain
and Snow and Eyes of the World using the Jim Wise AUD (shnid 13065),
downloaded from LMA. 2 second fades were used. Resulting SBEs were
fixed using shntool. Because of the heavy crowd presence in the AUD,
the transition between sources is a bit rough in the Eyes patch, less
so for Roses and CR&S.

Many thanks to Scott Clugston for the main source and to Jim Wise for
the patch source.
