tracking notes:
The Silberman source is missing To Lay Me Down. I pasted it in from the Friend-andrewf source and
and renumbered the last two tracks of disc 2. The fit is actually pretty smooth and you'll have to
be paying attention to notice. The addition of the patch required me to generate a new ffp. All
checksums but d2t04 will match the ffp checksums listed in the data base for the silberman source.
The ffp checksums for d2t04 will match the andrewf source.

Tagging notes:
Show information is embedded within the headerof each flac file.
It will display on any player capable of directly playing flac files.
If converted to wav during processing, all tags will be stripped,
however audio data will remain unaffected.
If you must transcode to a lossy format, do so directly Flac > Lossy.
Use ffp to validate audio integrity.
Md5 values will change if tagging is altered.
