Notes:

- There was an intermittent problem with a cable throughout the show which caused a number of dropouts in the left channel. Those sections have been made mono.
- All tracks have been pitch corrected.
- A number of level adjustments have been made.
- "Space" has been patched, first 36 seconds. The source used is shnid 11735 - Thank you Kevin Gills and Willie Munder
- I removed a lot of what sounded like mic bumps. I'm sure I've missed a few.
