Notes:
1) There is occasional static, clicks, pops, shifty sound, and hiccups in the
SBD source. (Other than that, the SBD is pretty copacetic.)

2) Since there were a handful of gaps in the SBD during songs, there will be
occasions where only the AUD is playing. There were so many time shifts
(cuts) in the latter half of U.S. Blues that I opted to only have the AUD
play for that portion of it.

3) The "House Music/Bill Graham Outro" track is from SHN ID 23730,
transferred by Joe Samaritano.

4) The SBD mix evens out during Getaway. (Phil comes into it a little late.)

5) The low gain of the SBD source was reduced 6 dB

Tagging notes:
Show information is embedded within the header of each flac file.
It will display on any player capable of directly playing flac files.
If converted to wav during processing, all tags will be stripped,
however audio data will remain unaffected.
If you must transcode to a lossy format, do so directly Flac > Lossy.
Use ffp to validate audio integrity.
Md5 values will change if tagging is altered.
