Note: The tapes were not marked, and it's not clear if this is a
master or 1st-Gen back-up. Recording appears to be from the front
of the balcony. Four 1st Set songs were missing, all patched from
ID-11262: complete tracks for Little Red Rooster, Ramble on Rose,
Candyman, and Brother Esau. Tape-flip cross-faded start of Space.
