Loud "static burst" in Mexicali Blues. 3 dropouts in The Wheel.

Problems in The Wheel and Mexicali, as noted above, fixed. The Wheel was
edited to be correct; Mexicali contains a patch from 0:27 to 0:31 from
Stephen Porter's audience cassette (Nak 300/Sony D5 > Nak BX-300 > CD).

3) Between Sugaree and Stir It Up, 1 minute and 07.316 seconds were missing from the AUD1 source and was filled in with audio from the SBD1 source.

4) Between New Minglewood Blues and Peggy-O, 19.296 seconds were missing from the AUD1 source and was filled in with audio from the SBD1 source.

11) As this matrix was made to use with video of set 1, both AUD\SBD sources were synced to video source for set 2. The SBD speed was almost identical to video so it was used as reference for set 1. The AUD1 source ran slightly fast at about 2% or 2 seconds per minute minute.
