Fix of shnid 10343
The transition between CDs 2 and 3 was made seamless by deleting overlapping material. I also patched the gap in Good Time Blues and Estimated using the same AUD source as Scott Clugston, but this time with cross fades and levels matched as closely as possible in CE Pro. All shn tracks were converted to FLAC.
Overlapping fade tracks were added to the end of CD 2 and the beginning of CD 3 for those wishing to burn to CD. To make the transition seamless, simply remove the fade tracks.

Tagging notes:
Show information is embedded within the header of each flac file.
It will display on any player capable of directly playing flac files.
If converted to wav during processing, all tags will be stripped,
however audio data will remain unaffected.
If you must transcode to a lossy format, do so directly Flac > Lossy.
Use ffp to validate audio integrity.
Md5 values will change if tagging is altered.
