Notes:
- Jerry distinctly wants to go into Smokestack out of Truckin but soon bails for
Terrapin. The Truckin>Smokestack>Spoonful>Smokestack in first half of set II would
eventually drop at Rosemont on 4/12
- Standing on the Moon was riddled with digital noise and drop outs. Big thanks
to J.Noel for the help with a seamless patch using the Tepper source to keep the set
whole and listenable. Taping and trading is a team sport

Tagging notes:
Show information is embedded within the header of each flac file.
It will display on any player capable of directly playing flac files.
If converted to wav during processing, all tags will be stripped,
however audio data will remain unaffected.
If you must transcode to a lossy format, do so directly Flac > Lossy.
Use ffp to validate audio integrity.
Md5 values will change if tagging is altered.
