My comments:
Both sets (d1t01, d2t01) start rather abruptly. Most likely a few notes are lost in both cases.
There is a bit of distortion or tape flutter in d1t01 from 1:15 to 1:47.
Extracted with EAC in secure mode.

Jay asks that the integrity and hard work of his mastering be respected: "all I ask is that the shows aren't edited in any way, such as taking out a lot of the between song lulls, etc. They're left in there because they were part of the show...". Sounds reasonable to me.
