Notes:
- Jon originally burned this for me as a two-disc set with the
encore cut at 4:08, then reburned the encore as a separate file
from his master, which I spliced in at the end of the original.
The transition is somewhat noticeable but not too bad.

It will display on any player capable of directly playing flac files.
If converted to wav during processing, all tags will be stripped, however
audio data will remain unaffected.
If you must transcode to a lossy format, do so directly Flac > Lossy.
Use st5 (or ffp) to validate audio integrity.
Md5 values will change if tagging is altered.
