Seeded to Lossless Legs http://www.shnflac.net/ 2006/02/21.

NAK-100s > Sony D-5, using Dolby B.
Two Maxwell MX- 90s
recorded by Boyd McHugh from tapers'
section(bfmch@aol.com)

Transfer: MC > standalone TDK DA-5800 CD recorder, via Nak BX-300 cassette deck, as long multi-song tracks. Transfer by Dave Hanscom (dehanscom@hotmail.com)

Track-splitting, burning, etc.:
EAC to extract to hard drive, CD Wave for splitting resulting .wav files, mkw to encode to shn. This is done by Bzl (bzlrbi@aol.com)

I received this show as shns which were not seekable. I used shntool (shntool conv -o flac *.shn) to convert them to flac. Shorten to flac conversion by Gary F.

That's not hiss in the second set; it's rain. A steady, moderate, cold (for July) rain.

The first few seconds of He's Gone (set 2 opener) are missing. There is some tape saturation during He's Gone that is on the master. The the last minute or so of Good Lovin' is missing. I was going to splice from preceding circulating copy but, frankly, sound quality of preceding version is vastly inferior. So, left as is.

Tagging notes:
Show information is embedded within the header of each flac file.
It will display on any player capable of directly playing flac files.

however audio data will remain unaffected.
If you must transcode to a lossy format, do so directly Flac > Lossy.
Use ffp to validate audio integrity.
Md5 values will change if tagging is altered.
