-----------------------------------

This is a matrix recording, done by hansokolow in ProTools, of the following sources:

SBD: shnid=446
DSBD>DAT>WAV>CD-R

-----------------------------------

AUD: shnid=32131
set 1 (from the archive):
unknown audience recording: CD > EAC > FLAC

DAUD: shnid=34658
set 2: Digital FOB Audience: FOB Schoeps CMC34 Cardiod>Panasonic SV250(?)>DAT

DAT from collection of Todd Evans - todd@bluedakota.com
DAT > TASCAM DA-20 > M-Audio FireWire solo > Soundforge 8.0 wav @48K/16b (WinXP)> 44.1K/16b Audacity 1.2.3 > Tracks cut with shntool 2.0.3 > Flac 1.1.2 compression level 8 on FC3 Linux by triportweek

-----------------------------------

My Notes: set 1 sounds quite good, considering the AUD is analog, and had to be slowed down, song by song, to match the DSBD. Set two sounds fantastic, and the show magically fist on two discs, even with crowd noise.

The previous night had been my second Dead show, and stupidly, we left town without even trying to get tickets to this night.

Tagging notes:
Show information is embedded within the header of each flac file.
It will display on any player capable of directly playing flac files.
If converted to wav during processing, all tags will be stripped,
however audio data will remain unaffected.
If you must transcode to a lossy format, do so directly Flac > Lossy.
Use ffp to validate audio integrity.
Md5 values will change if tagging is altered.
