AUD: Namamichi CM300's w/CP4 shotguns > Sony TC-D5M > Maxell MX-90/100, with no Dolby. Mics on stand in OTS. Taped by Ted Carpenter.
Transfer: MAC > Nakamichi DR-8 (no Dolby) > Audiophile 2496 analog-in > Soundforge > CD-Wave > TLH > FLAC. Transferred by Andrew F. Feb 2008.
Notes:
- Brief distortion first 10 seconds of Picasso Moon.
- Locomotive air horn during Drums.
- Patch from ShnID-9756 covers tape flip in Drums 8:47 > 8:51.
- Break between D2 and D3 is seamless.
- Soundforge used to make fades, add patch, and adjust levels.
- TLH used for SBE-OK, FLAC compression, and making checksums.
Tagging notes:
Show information is embedded within the header of each flac file.
It will display on any player capable of directly playing flac files.
If converted to wav during processing, all tags will be stripped,
however audio data will remain unaffected.
If you must transcode to a lossy format, do so directly Flac > Lossy.
Use ffp to validate audio integrity.
Md5 values will change if tagging is altered.
