Seamless edit of shnid 75698

I deleted the overlap between CDs 2 and 3 to make the transition seamless. Resulting SBEs were cleaned up using shntool.

Many thanks to Charlie Kidder for the original seed and Kevin Tobin for performing the mindnumbingly tedious, thankless job of correcting the pitch, as well as the patches.

this is a speed corrected/aud patched version of 8255
this fine show that had a culmative pitch problem that started at a 102.2
ratio to start and ended with a 102.8 ratio as compared to both the
vhs video and audience dat recording. This works out to approx 2 sec fast
for every 1 minutes that plays. As the vhs and audience DAT were identical
in length and the sbd is not only different but variable - it leads one to
believe there might possibly be a cassette master in the lineage.

Audio Patching:
1) At the beginning of the show, 25.596 seconds were missing from the sbd source and filled in with audio from the original video soundtrack. This portion of the audio was normalized to blend in better.

2) Between Sugaree and Wang Dang Doodle, 16.709 seconds was missing from the sbd source and filled in with audio from the original video soundtrack. This portion of the audio was normalized to blend in better.

3) Between Wang Dang Doodle and High Time, 2 minutes and 18.059 seconds were missing from the sbd source and filled in with audio from the original video soundtrack. This portion of the audio was normalized to blend in better.

4) Between High Time and Maggie's Farm, 1 minutes and 55.052 seconds were missing from the sbd source and filled in with audio from the original video soundtrack. This portion of the audio was normalized to blend in better.

5) Between Cumberland Blues and Cassidey, 1 minutes and 52.556 seconds were missing from the sbd source and filled in with audio from the original video soundtrack. This portion of the audio was normalized to blend in better.

6) At the end of Don't Ease Me In, 19.780 seconds were missing from the sbd source and filled in with audio from the original video soundtrack. This portion of the audio was normalized to blend in better.

7) During Drums, 4 minutes and 37.522 seconds were missing from the sbd source and filled in with audio from the original video soundtrack. This portion of the audio was normalized to blend in better.

8) Between One More Saturday Night and Knockin' On Heaven's Door, 1 minute 22.940 seconds were missing from the sbd source and filled in with audio from the original video soundtrack. This portion of the audio was normalized to blend in better.

9) At the end of Knockin' On Heaven's Door, 16.144 seconds were missing from the sbd source and filled in with audio from the original video soundtrack. This portion of the audio was normalized to blend in better.
