Fix of shnid 8246

I made the transition between CDs 2 and 3 seamless and got rid of d2t06, which was just a 19 second repeat of music at the end of d2t05. I also converted the non-seekable SHNs to FLAC. All resulting SBEs were fixed and checked using shntool.

Overlapping fade tracks were added to the end of CD 2 and the beginning of CD 3. For seamless playback simply remove the fade tracks.

Fix of shnid 34835

After circulating 34835, Bill discovered two problems: a short repeat glitch in d3t02, and REPLAYGAIN tags in the flac files. In this version of the source, both have been removed. To get from the old source to this source, you need to take four steps:

1) decode the old flac files to wav files
2) remove samples 19003507 to 19111396 from d3t02
3) fix the SBEs from d3t2 to d3t6 using shntool
4) recode to flac using compression level 8

Tagging notes:
Show information is embedded within the header of each flac file.
It will display on any player capable of directly playing flac files.
If converted to wav during processing, all tags will be stripped,
however audio data will remain unaffected.
If you must transcode to a lossy format, do so directly Flac > Lossy.
Use ffp to validate audio integrity.
Md5 values will change if tagging is altered.
