hansokolow's notes:

There wasn't much crowd noise before and after sets on this DAUD, and notably it fades out during the NFA chant, so I stole some crowd noise from another DAUD and synched it up, so now the whole break between set 2 and the encore is covered (DAUD only). Just for fun, I also added some crowd noise from the same source at the beginning of set 1 (5 minutes), a few seconds-worth at the end of set 1, and at the beginning of set 2 (about 3 minutes). I think it helps to set the mood.

During the jam in Jack Straw the AUD has some tonal issues, seeming to waver in timbre, which is either the taper making adjustments, or, more likely, the band really moving the room around, as it were. I tried to adjust, but it remains a bit wonky. Also, at 3:50 the in-house mixer makes adjustments and the cymbals cut out, and there is a tonal change. It exists on both sources, and seems to have really happened in the room (I know, it's a stadium), so I left it alone. This sort of tinkering happens occasionally throughout the show.

Bertha has some similar issues, with some tinkering by the mixer, I think the worst is at 4:53, and again right after the last "anymore," at 7:03.

There is crowd noise missing on the DAUD between Althea and Masterpiece, and between Franklin's and Samson, and on the DSBD between Tennessee Jed and Music Never Stopped. Those parts are covered by the remaining source.

I usually don't, but there was such a clear break in the music between Drums and Spacey Drums that I made them separate tracks. You might want to split your discs there, since there's a nice silence, if you're still using discs.
