Performed shortly after the release of "You're Never Alone With A Schziphrenic", the band had been playing together for "exactly 11 days." The band, evidently, was essentially Bruce Springstein's backing band at the time. (I haven't confirmed that.)

The begining of the tape had some chatter from "Claire," the WLIR on-air DJ, but it was so indistinct that I took it out, until she introduces Dennis McNamara, who introduces the band.

The vocals are hard to make out, possibly because they are in the same frequency range as the guitar, which was very loud. The whole band around 1-2kHz is saturated and squashed and very loud. I use the L3 Multimaximizer to prevent it from being made any louder during mastering. It takes a little edge off the guitars and makes the recording less headachy.

Ian Hunter - Guitar
Tommy Mandel - Keyboards
Tommy Morrongiello - Rhythm Guitar
George Meyer - Saxaphone
Lyam Bryley(?) - Bass
Mick Ronson - Lead Guitar
Hilly Michaels - Drums

Enjoy!
