Friends, here it is again as my last attempt to post this last weekend got banned due to a versoin of Mr. Bojangles that is possibly included on the import version and upcoming domestic reissue of "Five Years Gone". It is not known if the version that was on here is the exact version being released or not but the fact is a stripped down version recorded for the Bob Fass show is being released as a bonus track and to avoid the ban I have omitted it. I did check with the mods and they said it was ok to re-post without that track included.
I believe we are ok no the rest of this as it is truly Bob Fass radio show recordings with just Jerry Jeff and David Bromberg.

As I stated last weekend, this is not the country side of Jerry Jeff we all came to know and love after his move to Texas, this is the singer songwriter folk side of a masterful songwriter that borrowed more than a little from Bob Dylan at times. Had he stayed in New York listening to these songs he could have just as easily fit right in folk scene as the outlaw country scene he was eventually identified with.

A bit of hiss but any attempts I made to cut it down took away too much from Jerry Jeff's vocal tone.

This is an entirely new torrent file and new flac files as I did a bit more cleaning on the transitions so if you downloaded last weekend's file you need to download this new one to grab this show. Nothing from last weekend is the same so you must re-do even if you got a portion of last weekends attempt.
