- before I matrixed the sources I removed the dc offset from the sbd and, as the levels were low, boosted
both channels by 8 decibels
- both sources have a cut/cuts in "Sitting In Limbo", I have patched in from the opposite source. I also
patched the start of Pig's Boogie (aud source). Other than that, it was also necessary to patch in some crowd
sections

Tagging notes:

If converted to wav during processing, all tags will be stripped,
however audio data will remain unaffected.
If you must transcode to a lossy format, do so directly Flac > Lossy.
Use ffp to validate audio integrity.
