Other edits:

d1t02 - digifarts at 1:19, 1:43, 2:01 - patched with AUD

d1t04 - possible extraction repeat at 3:02 patched from AUD

d2t02 - dropout at 6:25-6:34 (patched with AUD)

d2t03 - crackle at 3:43 fixed. 4:19 to end patched in from AUD. (There's a brief increase in pitch right at the transition - this was part of the performance, it's also on the AUD; it has nothing to do with the patch itself.)

d2t04 - first few seconds patched in from AUD
d3t01 - removed fart and silence at very beginning. No music touched. Tape flip at 8:46-9:08 patched with AUD

d3t02 - assorted pops and crackles throughout track. I corrected the ones I felt competent to correct and left the rest untouched.

d3t03 - I managed to fix only a few of the many, many crackles and snits in this file. Someone a lot smarter than I will have to take this one on.

Known flaws:

In addition to the ones already mentioned above, d1t04 still has multiple clicks between 3:01 and 3:04

Many thanks to Chris Ladner, Mark Mattson and Teddy Goodbear for the main SBD and AUD patch sources.
