Notes:
* The widely circulating material with this date is
actually from 3/9/79. The present material appears
to be the real 3/8/79 show.
* The levels on the source CDs were very low (28% peaks),
so I normalized to 98% using EAC's Process Wave function.
* d1t08 Make it Better first few seconds appear to be at
very high speed. Not sure where this anomaly comes from,
but it might be fixable.
