Notes:
- This is a stellar audience recording, though it does have
the very low vocals characteristic of a "way up front" audience
recording. The guitar is absolutely crystal clear, simply
beautiful!
- slight pops @ the start of Catfish John and the end of TWLWMYD
were removed using Sound Forge Studio 6.0.

Flaws:
- d2t03 Catfish John fades in with almost nothing missing
- d2t05 TWLWMYD very end clipped, almost nothing missing

Thanks to Harry Angus for the source discs!
