Patch fix of shnid 22729

Main source: MSC -> DAT -> CDRs -> Track Thief -> SHN (shnid 22729)

Patch source: Master Cassette recorded by Ohr Weinberg: 2 Sony ECM-23F microphones -> Sony TC-D5M -> 2 Maxell XLII-S 90 Cassettes w/ Dolby B (shnid 91123)

Patched the following:

- First 20 seconds of How Sweet it is
- 11:07 to end of Second That Emotion
- 00:00 to 00:13 and 11:54 to end of Russian Lullaby

All editing done in Cool Edit Pro. Volume and pitch of AUD adjusted as close to SBD as possible. Decoded SHN and FLAC files used in editing matched originals (checked via .st5 checksum). SBEs corrected with shntool. SBE-corrected FLACs matched .cfp checksum created from patched .wavs and original SHN files of SBD source, prior to SBE correction.

Tagging notes:
Show information is embedded within the header of each flac file.
It will display on any player capable of directly playing flac files.
If converted to wav during processing, all tags will be stripped,
however audio data will remain unaffected.
If you must transcode to a lossy format, do so directly Flac > Lossy.
Use ffp to validate audio integrity.
Md5 values will change if tagging is altered.
