Notes:
- (1) w/ Dr. John on piano
- This copy compiles two slightly incomplete copies that have
tended to circulate. The opening tuning, the first few seconds
of Train to Cry, and the encore all come from a slightly inferior
(though still excellent) copy of the show, with the rest coming
from the slightly better copy (which was missing those parts).
Sound Forge Studio 6.0 was used for the patches.

Flaws:
- d1t03 Stagger Lee warble @ 5:10 (unfixable, probably on master)
- d1t09 Deep Elem Blues fades in, not much missing (probable tape flip)
- d2t03 Babe It Ain't No Lie SQ change (less crowd & high end) @ 0:05
- d2t05 Going Going Gone splice @ 0:45
- d2t06 Ripple fades in, not much missing

Thanks to Ryan Shriver for supplying the missing material from my copy!

Flac encoding notes:
All processing with Trader's Little Helper
Shn - st5 generated
Shn > Flac ( level 8 )
Flac - st5 generated and matched to Shn st5

Tagging notes:
Show information is embedded within the header
of each flac file. It will display on any player
capable of directly playing flac files.
If converted to wav during processing, all tags
will be stripped, however audio data will remain
unaffected. If you must transcode to a lossy format,
do so directly Flac > Lossy.
Use st5 to validate audio integrity.
Md5 values will change if tagging is altered.
