In celebration of the forthcoming Johnny Cash biopic "I Walk The Line" I thought I would upload some of my all time favorite torrents. Johnny Cash out takes from the American Recordings series.

I have found a lot of contradictory versions of these out recordings. This first disc is one that I picked up on EZT and I know it is clear of officially released materail. From what I can determine, this torrent is combination of two liberated bootlegs:

With l all of the officially released material removed.

The etree entry states that this set-list is from the liberated boot: JOHNNY CASH - the American Outtakes. The swingin' pig - 4001 - 2003 but I cannot find another other mention of that issue.

It also has the following disclaimer on officially released material.

Every released track that could be a problem because of their name which appearing on official releases even if the takes are different.
Please note that :
1 - T for Texas - this is a solo acoustic version therefore different from the one which appeared on "Unearthed".
2 - Down There By The Train - it is a longer version (6'19) from another take therefore different from the one which appeared on "Unearthed".
3 - Banks Of The Ohio is a duo with june carter therefore different from the one which appeared on "Unearthed".
4 - That Lucky Old Sun is a piano version therefore different from the one which appeared on "American 3 : Solitary Man".
