More Joni. This one is from The Second Fret, a club in Philadelphia where Joni played frequently between 1966 and 1968. Most of these performances seem to have been recorded, as a 140-minute two-CD compliation was booted some years back, called "Second Fret Sides" which I would love to hear. (Does anyone have this? If so, a torrent would be appreciated. PM me if you need help.)

This is an incomplete soundboard from one of these performances, with one song that is cut off at the beginning ("Brandy"). Other flaws: some tape hiss. Still, sounds pretty good, in stereo, and showcases an early, bubbly Joni doing her thing. Good stuff, and you can't beat the price! Check out the sample below.
